How the Program Unfolds

Starting July 2026, this program moves through three distinct phases. Each one builds on the last, taking you from fundamental concepts to complex financial modelling.

Foundation Phase

Months 1-2

Start with accounting principles and financial statement analysis. You'll work through actual company reports from ASX-listed businesses, learning to spot the numbers that matter. We focus on understanding cash flow, profit margins, and balance sheet health — the fundamentals that inform every financial decision.

Analysis Phase

Months 3-4

Move into valuation methods and investment analysis. This is where things get interesting — you'll evaluate real investment opportunities using DCF models, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions. The case studies come from actual Australian mergers and market events, giving you context that matters.

Application Phase

Months 5-6

Apply everything through comprehensive projects. You'll build financial models, prepare investment recommendations, and present strategic analyses. The final project involves creating a complete financial assessment of a business case you choose — guided by instructors who've done this professionally.
